Tabby is now our payments partner, responsible for splitting the payment into 1, 2, 3 or 4 months.

Tabby is a hassle-free payment option that enables you to purchase items you like and pay for them later. Tabby gives you the option to pay in 4 interest-free instalments. You’ll be notified exactly what you need to pay and when, all at zero interest using your debit and credit card. Your transaction is protected by the latest industry-standard security protocols.

Add all your items to the basket and checkout. Select Tabby as your payment option once you reach the payment page. Confirm your mobile number and email ID and click ‘Continue’. Enter the 4-digit verification code sent to your registered number. The final step is to upload a copy of your Emirates ID before making the payment.

You need to be at least 18 years old, have a valid Emirates ID and an active local phone number (the ID and phone number should belong to the same country you’re shopping in). Opt for Tabby once you reach the checkout page and we’ll guide you through the process.

Tabby’s instalment option allows you to spread the cost of your order over several months. You only pay 25% at the time of order placement. The remaining 75% is repaid in 3 equal monthly instalments of 25% each. You can manage your orders by logging into your Tabby account. It is interest-free and accepts both debit and credit cards.

Yes. For paying in instalments: minimum order amount AED 200, maximum order amount AED 25,000. AED 5,000 & below — you can use either a debit or credit card. Above AED 5,000 — only a credit card can be used. Please reach out to our customer care team to receive the payment link.

Tabby will automatically charge the card you entered during your purchase when the instalments are due. You can change the card to be charged from your Tabby account. Tabby accepts both debit & credit cards. You will get reminders prior to the due date, including 24 hours before collecting any instalment.

Once a cancellation is confirmed by our team, a full refund is initiated back to the source account (received within 14 business days) and future instalments are waived. For a partial refund, the difference is adjusted on your remaining instalment plan.

There are no charges, fees or interest when you use Tabby. However, Tabby will apply a late fee penalty if you do not repay the amount in time.

Tamara is also available at checkout, letting you split your purchase into interest-free monthly instalments.

Select Tamara at checkout, verify your mobile number, and split your order into interest-free instalments. You’ll need a valid UAE mobile number and Emirates ID, and to be at least 18 years old. Approval is instant and your payment schedule is shown before you confirm.
