Shipping Policy
Delivery times and charges depend on the delivery option you choose (standard or expedited) and your location within the UAE.
Delivery timeframes
Standard delivery is within 4 to 7 days for Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
Need it sooner? Expedited delivery arrives within 1 to 3 days — you can select it at checkout.
The day you order isn't counted — counting starts the next day — and we don't deliver on Fridays. At checkout you can pick your preferred delivery date from the earliest available date onward.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery is free on orders of AED 300 and above, and AED 150 on orders below AED 300, across all UAE regions we serve.
Expedited delivery is available at checkout for AED 350.
