Returns:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Free return shipping is provided for all eligible returns.
  • A 80% restocking fee may apply to returned items, deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item if cash payment is made otherwise 15 days will be taken if the payment is made online or through bank account..

Damaged or Wrong Product:

  • If your product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please inspect it upon delivery.
  • Notify us immediately to arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Warranty Policy

Covered For Furniture:

  • Warranty covers all technical damages, including wood breaks, cracking, shaking of bed, breaking of fixing instruments, and wood damage due to natural reasons like rain, insects, bugs, or natural wear.
  • We will repair or replace the item, subject to inspection and evaluation of the damage.

Covered For Mattress:

  • Warranty covers all technical damages, including sagging down, spring issues, and bending of the mattress.
  • We will repair or replace the mattress, subject to inspection and evaluation of the damage.

Not Covered For Mattress:

  • Fabric and intentional damages are not covered under warranty, such as damage occurring during moving or mishandling.
  • Fabric change charges will apply if replacement or repair is authorized.
