Shopping Information

After placing the order you will receive a text from our team regarding the order. If text is not received you will receive an email.

We offer shipping services for both local and non-local customers. For local customers, we provide doorstep delivery with our own delivery team. For non-local deliveries, additional charges will apply.

We promise to deliver within 1-5 working days depending upon the product type. Fridays are off for us. Some items may be delivered the next day.

Payment information

We have several payment options are available. Cash on delivery, Online Credit / Debit Card Payments by Ziina or Split Payments by Tabby.

To ensure the priority on your order and delivery satisfaction, we will advise to prepay your order.

These types of mishaps usually don't happen. But incase this happens our technical team is always available to handle this.

Paying on our website is 100% secure as we are using Ziina & Tabby both of which are regulated by the Central Bank. So there's no compromise on security also.

Order & Returns

After receiving the delivery, you can return the product just by logging into our website and requesting a refund. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible and do what's necessary. Or you can text our team on WhatsApp and mention your Order ID.
