Can I cancel my order? +

The customer has the option to cancel their order; however, a deduction of 50% of the total order amount will be applied.

Yes, we understand that customers have unique tastes and requirements. Therefore, we offer customization options for certain furniture pieces. You can choose from a variety of materials, colors, finishes, and sizes to create a personalized piece that suits your style and space.

What types of furniture does your company offer? +

Our company offers a wide range of furniture to cater to different needs and preferences. We provide a diverse collection of Beds, Sofas, Mattresses, Night Stands, and Wall Panels. Further, we're considering adding more furniture types.

Shipping

What is your shipping policy? +

We offer shipping services for both local and non-local customers. For local customers, we provide doorstep delivery with our own delivery team. For non-local deliveries, additional charges will apply.

How long will it take to receive my order? +

We promise to deliver within 1-5 working days. Fridays are off for us. Some items may be delivered the next day.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product? +

After receiving the delivery, you can return the product just by logging into our website and requesting a refund. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible and do what's necessary.

Are there any charges on refunds? +

We aim to give free shipping for refunds to our clients. However, the refunds are only applicable within 7 days of purchase.
